Extra Mile
Team members are nominated monthly by residents, family members, or other team members to be rewarded for going above and beyond. For going the extra mile, team members are recognized by the leadership team, and awarded with cash prizes, recognition in the lobby area and on Facebook, and a reserved parking spot. Winners are then entered into the running for the annual Extra Mile Award for all of Legacy Senior Living.
Legacy Cares
A fund set up to help team members through a time of need, the Legacy Cares Fund is made up of donations from corporate sponsors, non-profit organizations, and other team members. If a team member experiences a personal tragedy, they are able to apply to have the fund provide emergency financial assistance.
