Sira Nsibirwa

Executive Director

Sira Nsibirwa has been serving as Campus Executive Director at Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale since July 2025, bringing with him over 24 years of experience and leadership across a wide range of roles.

Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Sira’s healthcare career began as a dietary aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, and med-tech in long-term care. He then served as a Memory Care Director for a small facility while also helping with Sales and Marketing. From there, Sira managed group homes for individuals with cognitive disabilities and traumatic brain injury. In 2017, he finally landed in the assisted living industry where Sira has served as in the roles of Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations. His career has been marked by a deep commitment to quality care, operational excellence and creating meaningful environments for his residents to thrive.

Sira was born in Uganda, but he moved to the United States when he was 14 years old. Throughout high school, Sira lived on a dairy farm in Brodhead, WI, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and a passion for community.

Sira and his wife of twenty years, Bridget, have three children: Angelina, Gavin and Gabby. Outside of work, Sira enjoys cheering his kids on at soccer games and relaxing around a campfire, no matter the season. He is also a life-long Wisconsin Badger Football and Green Bay Packer fan.
